KNQA Level 5

Level 5 represents advanced practitioner capability — a teacher who can apply professional knowledge to non-routine instructional challenges and mentor others in pedagogical practice.

The Socratic Teacher

Sage coaches teachers in the same Socratic methodology they will use with students — modelling the very pedagogy they are developing. Teachers who experience Socratic coaching understand it from the inside.

CBC Alignment

Every session connects to Kenya's CBC framework — building teachers who can design competency-based learning experiences, not just deliver curriculum content.
